Anthony joined the Ward Personnel Team in June 2023 in the role of Business Development Manager.

Anthony has responsibility for managing the sales and account management team and oversees all business development within the business, with a particular focus on maintaining our existing clients and developing new business across all areas of our services portfolio.

Anthony has over 30 years senior management experience across a wide range of industries incorporating sales & business development, operations, recruitment, facilities management & key account management.

Anthony’s recruitment and operational experience enables him to work closely with all teams across Ward Personnel to help us continue to scale the business.

Outside of work, Anthony lives in East Cork by the beach near Cloyne and is married with 3 children. He trains regularly to keep fit and holds a black belt in Judo and has recently taken up Jiu Jitsu. He is a regular at St Colman’s Park supporting Cobh Ramblers and travels to Anfield to support Liverpool.

Originally from Donegal, Paddy joined the Ward team in March 2023, as Quality and Compliance Manager based in our Cork office.

Coming to Cork many years ago, Paddy spent his initial 11 years in the Irish Naval Service, is a Chartered Member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development), and holds a Degree in HRM (from CIT, now MTU), Diploma in Management and Employee Relations (from NCI).

Paddy has vast industry experience in Health & Safety, Training & Education, Quality, HR and Operations over the last 25 years and is well versed on a range of external quality standards, including the various quality and ISO standards.

Paddy is married with two children, loves sport in particular soccer, hurling, Gaelic football and follows Leeds United. Paddy is a keen photographer, enjoys cycling and walking and participating in charity and sporting events.

Katheryn has been a Director of Ward Personnel since 2010 and her focus is mainly on the Human Resources and Administration side of the business.

She has previous experience working for an American multinational company and has also more than 20 years’ experience in Public Sector roles including an overseas posting where she spent a couple of years as Executive Assistant to the Deputy Irish Ambassador to Britain.

Outside of work, Katheryn is a mother to two teenage daughters, who keep her busy. She also enjoys running, keep-fit and fashion.

Rory’s role involves managing our team in the Cork Labour and Trades office and his keen attention to detail is invaluable when it comes to sourcing the right candidate for our clients.

Originally from Scotland, Rory graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an Honours degree in History and Politics then spent a number of years working ‘on the tools’ in Australia, New Zealand and Canada before moving to Ireland in February 2021 and settling into his current role.

Outside of work, Rory enjoys hillwalking, skiing and revelling in the misery that is supporting Clyde FC.

Paul joined the Board and executive management team in January 2021 with a key focus on service delivery and driving strategic growth. Paul has responsibility for all operations and support functions within the business with a particular focus on further enhancing the customer experience across all activities and services for our clients, candidates, and staff.

Paul’s core background is in finance and he has held a number of CFO and senior management roles across a range of industry sectors over the last 20 years – including with Wisetek, Musgraves, O’Neill and Brennan, and EY. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and recently successfully completed the Chartered Director qualification with the Institute of Directors.  Paul also brings International experience to the team having worked extensively abroad in a number of different countries including Poland, Germany and the USA.

Paul is married with three children and his main hobbies are sport in general and GAA in particular – underage coaching with Erin’s Own GAA club in Cork and supporting his native county Tipperary.

Matt Mis is the manager in our Industrial Division, and he has over 5 years recruitment experience in managing this division which specialises in sourcing foreign candidates for our Irish based clients. Matt believes that hard work, being customer focused, and having great attention to detail are key to success.

With a Master of Law degree, he has strong analytical skills and an excellent work ethic.  He has built strong relationships with our clients and has gained their trust and belief in our ability to consistently deliver for them.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and is married with two kids. He is also a huge soccer fan.

Padraig joined Ward Personnel in April 2025 as Head of Finance. He brings over 15 years of financial and operational leadership experience across both the private and public sectors. A Chartered Accountant (FCA), Padraig has a proven track record in driving business transformation, enhancing process efficiency, and delivering strategic outcomes at scale.

Before joining Ward Personnel, Padraig served as Director of Finance & Operations at Wavebreak Media and held a number of senior roles at Ervia (Irish Water & Gas Networks Ireland), where he oversaw the financial governance for major infrastructure programmes and led the development of the financial benefits management framework. Padraig has also held finance positions at PepsiCo and began his career in audit with Tobin O’Sullivan & Co.

Padraig holds a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting from MTU, a research Master’s in Business, and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management. He is based in Cork, is married with a young family, and has a keen interest in sport, particularly GAA and soccer.

David is the founder and Managing Director of Ward Personnel which he established in 2010. He has more than 20 years senior management experience across the Recruitment Industry, with a particular focus on the Construction and Industrial sectors.

David has led the development of the Ward Personnel team for over 10 years with a relentless passion for customer service as the cornerstone and ethos of the business. His fundamental belief is that every client and candidate engagement be given the maximum care and attention by the team at Ward Personnel, to ensure a successful outcome for all parties. This culture drives all of the support functions within the business that aim to enhance the customer experience on a day to day basis and in turn make Ward Personnel the recruiter of choice for our customers and candidates.

David holds a Degree in Economics & Mathematics, a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Higher Diploma in Education from University College Galway (now NUI Galway).

Outside of work, David is married with two daughters and has a keen interest in all sport but in particular Hurling, Gaelic Football, Rugby, Cycling and Liverpool FC. He is a keen fitness enthusiast who enjoys cycling, swimming and walking.

Aubrey Sheehan has joined Ward Personnel as Business Development & Account Manager for the Dublin region. He brings over 15 years of sales experience, predominantly in the construction industry. With expertise in sales management, strategic account management, and new business development, Aubrey consistently strives to provide an exceptional service to clients.

In addition to his professional career, Aubrey has an impressive athletic background. Having competed in international swimming events across Europe and played in Leinster Schools Rugby, Aubrey’s passion for sports is evident. He is also a big fan of Formula One.

Residing in Dublin, Aubrey is also a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, continuously fostering a love for fitness and well-being.

Pat joined the Ward Personnel team in February 2025 in the role of Business Development and Account Manager for the Dublin region.

Pat has a wealth of sales experience in the construction industry both in Ireland and abroad predominantly in the construction machinery and steel sectors.

Pats focus is building and maintaining good relationships with customers and providing a top quality service to our clients.
In his spare time, Pat enjoys GAA, rugby, going for walks and playing golf. Back in the day he played senior football for Kildare and is now an avid supporter.

At 52 years old, Ian Kelly brings a wealth of experience, energy, and character shaped by a life well-lived. A proud Irishman, Ian’s early years were defined by his passion for sport, playing both rugby and Gaelic football — a competitive spirit that carried into his professional life. He is really looking forward to starting his new role as Business Development and Account Manager for Ward Personnel in the Dublin region.

With over three decades of success in sales across Ireland and international markets including in the construction sector, Ian has built a reputation for delivering results, nurturing client relationships, and mentoring teams to success.

Outside of work, Ian is a dedicated father of three and shares his home with three dogs, ensuring life is never quiet. Whether on the pitch, in the boardroom, or at home, Ian brings the same commitment, humour, and straight-talking authenticity that has served him well in life to date.

Martin joined Ward Personnel in the fourth quarter of 2024 and is now leading our Danish operations. Based in Denmark, he is dedicated to supporting our clients’ projects and their staffing needs.

A welder by trade in his native Denmark, Martin founded his own industrial construction company in the USA and has worked in the USA for over 20 years across a broad range of construction, and mechanical and electrical projects. His extensive construction industry experience will enable him to understand the needs of our Danish based clients and support their staffing needs.

Equipped with leadership courses from Stanford, Martin is a highly organised and driven professional, underpinned by a strong work ethic, and will be focused on ensuring we deliver a quality service to our Danish based clients.

Outside of work, Martin is a devoted husband and father with a son in college. He enjoys running, hiking, and DIY in his free time.

Jack joined Ward Personnel in October 2023 and works with our Munster Labour and Trades Division in sales and business development.

Jack started his career in the Construction Industry circa 20 years ago working in roles such as fireproofing, taping and jointing, slabbing, and block laying. He then worked for a period in the fitness Industry as a fitness instructor and gym manager and during this period successfully completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Management in University of Limerick.

Jacks has considerable experience within the recruitment industry and in his last role he was a Regional Manager, recruiting staff for the Agricultural industry. His combination of extensive construction and recruitment experience means he is well placed to service our growing client base in the West Munster, Midlands and Western regions.

Jack has two young boys and in between entertaining them, he enjoys watching rugby and keeping fit.

Peter joined the team in 2017 and works with the Labour and Trades Division in our Cork office.

Peter is at the forefront when it comes to meeting the needs of our clients and he has built a strong rapport with our workers and clients during his time with Ward Personnel.  He is now the Business Development and Account Manager for the Munster region and strives to provide our Clients with the best service possible, at all times.

Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cork Institute of Technology.

Joining Ward Personnel in May 2025, Silvia brings over a decade of expertise in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategic brand development and supporting the sales and business development teams.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Marketing and Economics, Silvia has worked extensively with marketing agencies and renowned brands, delivering powerful campaigns across TV, digital, and social media platforms.

Originally from Prague and now living in Ireland for over three years, Silvia is on a mission to drive impactful marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and strengthen client engagement both locally and internationally. She is looking forward to engaging across our clients, candidates, and staff as we continue our marketing journey at Ward Personnel.

Outside of work, Silvia is a passionate advocate for well-being and fitness, lifting weights at the gym and running art classes in Cork — a creative outlet that fuels her dynamic approach to marketing.

Dawid, originally from Poland, has been in Ireland since 2007 and worked across the construction sector in Ireland for several years.

Dawid joined Ward Personnel in February 2020 and for his first 2 years his primary focus was on sourcing Polish workers for a range of construction roles in Ireland. Since 2022 Dawid has been working across all divisions in the company sourcing local workers both locally and Internationally, and managing our inbound enquires process from candidates.

Dawid graduated from School of Economics in Poland in 2004 before he moved to Ireland.

Outside of work, Dawid enjoys gym activity, open water swimming, and cold immersion therapy.

Tiernan is originally from West Cork and has lived in Cork City for the past 10 years. Tiernan joined the team in April 2025 as an Account Manager in our Munster Labour and Trades Division.

Starting his career in retail management, Tiernan quickly built a strong foundation in customer service and account management. With a solid background in recruitment across industries such as engineering and construction, Tiernan brings a wealth of experience in sourcing and placing candidates, as well as managing key client relationships. His ability to thrive in fast-paced environments has equipped him with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Outside of work, Tiernan is a big rugby fan, He also enjoys outdoor activities, going to the Gym, and he also plays a bit of music.

Kamil joined the Ward Labour and Trades Team in November 2024 as an Account Manager. Originally from Poland, he holds a Bachelor of Business Honours Degree in Marketing from Munster Technological University.

His background is mainly in the retail sector which has helped him to develop strong communication & customer service skills. He plans to utilise these skills to support our construction clients and candidates. Kamil is an ambitious and friendly individual who always strives to achieve the best possible result for his clients and candidates.

In his spare time Kamil is a big soccer fan, supporting FC Barcelona since childhood. He likes to live an active lifestyle, going to the gym and running in his spare time, and also likes to socialise with friends and family.

Thomas is originally from Waterville in Kerry and has lived in Cork City for the last 5 years. Thomas joined the team in September 2024 as an Account Manager in our Munster Labour and Trades Division.

Having started his career in hospitality as a teenager, Thomas has gained extensive experience in retail management and customer service, including in operations and recruitment.

His customer-facing experience has enabled Thomas to hone his communication, interpersonal and leadership skills in fast-paced and multi-tasking environments – so ideal experience for the next stage of his career in construction recruitment!

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys socialising with friends, quizzes, watching sports and dabbling in some stand up comedy and writing screenplays/sketches.

George has joined the Dublin Labour and Trades team in February 2024 and brings with him a wealth of industry experience. Originally from Georgia, he spent some of his early years in Ireland and graduated with a Hons Degree in Management from the National College of Ireland.

He has worked in a variety of construction related roles over the last 20 years including on sites across Europe for some of Ireland’s largest Mechanical and Electrical companies. He has also significant back office and finance experience in his native Geogia working for a large construction company.

His language skills, including fluent Russian and Georgian, will be a big help in working with our non-Irish site workforce in the Dublin region and supporting our clients’ requirements. In his free time, he likes to travel and also play some sports including snooker and table tennis.

Eoin joined the Ward Personnel Team in July 2023 and works within the Cork Labour & Trades Division, servicing the Munster region.

Born in Cork, Eoin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University College Cork. He has also lived for long periods in both London, UK and Sydney, Australia. He has extensive recruitment experience in London where he serviced a wide range of Industry sectors – including facilities, business support and local government.

In his spare time, he maintains a keen interest in many sports, particularly football, and can be found in Turners Cross watching Cork City play. He also likes to keep fit through walking, hiking and cycling.

Niall is from Cork City and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Munster Technological University. His background is mainly in the hospitality industry, where he was heavily involved in the training and development of new employees, dealing with customer queries and providing the best possible service at all times to both external and internal customers.

Niall’s focus now is to use his valuable customer service skills to support our construction clients and candidates. His previous experience in the hospitality industry will be a great help in building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

In Niall’s spare time, he enjoys playing sports, socialising with friends, and watching his beloved Celtic FC.

Daniel joined the Ward Personnel team in November 2022 and works within the Cork Labour and Trades Division, servicing the Munster region.

Daniel is from Cork city and holds a Bachelor’s degree Hons in Hospitality Management from Cork Institute of Technology.  His background includes extensive recruitment experience in the cleaning services industry and in hotel management.

His excellent customer service skills are paramount in maintaining and building good relationships with clients and candidates. His previous recruitment experience in the cleaning sector also extended to the construction industry so he is already familiar with the Cork construction market.

In Daniel’s spare time, he enjoys going for walks with his one-year-old daughter, watching football, and car detailing.

Malgorzata joined the Ward Personnel team in April 2025 as a Recruiter based in our Lublin, Poland office. She will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates for our International Construction and a Mechanical and Electrical clients in Ireland and across Europe.

Prior to joining Ward Personnel, Malgorzata spent 16 years studying and working in the United Kingdom, where she gained experience in recruitment and sales, particularly within the scientific and legal recruitment sectors.

Outside of work, Malgorzata enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and going for long walks in nature.

Michal joined Ward Personnel in May 2025 as Operations Manager in our International Sourcing Division. Michal has over 15 years of experience leading teams and driving success across various industries including off- site construction and facilities management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Marketing, providing him with a strong foundation in operational efficiency and customer engagement.

He believes that good leadership, a strong customer focus, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key to achieving long-term success.

Outside of work, Michal enjoys spending quality time with his family and has a passion for hiking and traveling.

Marta, who is originally from Poland, joined Ward Personnel in our Dublin office as an Account Manager in August 2024.

Marta has a varied international background, having previously lived in Ireland for eight years before recently returning after another eight years in the Middle East.

During her time the Middle East, Marta has gained extensive experience and exposure to HR and recruitment across several sectors including hospitality, Car rental, and travel advisory.  As part of these roles Marta worked across social media and logistics to support her core HR and recruitment activity.

In addition to her professional life, Marta is a volunteer for NGOs that support refugees, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Outside of work, Marta enjoys photography, traveling the world, discovering different cultures, and exploring genealogy.

Michal joined Ward Personnel in September 2024 as an Account Manager in International Sourcing Division in our Cork office. Michal has extensive operations and recruitment experience having worked for over 10 years in a variety of retail and operations roles in Lidl and Smyths toys, rising from store operative to store management level.

Michal is originally from Szczecin, Poland and he first came to Ireland in 2013. He successfully completed his degree in European Studies before moving to Ireland.

He is really looking forward to start working with clients and candidates to service their needs and grow the Ward Personnel business.

Outside of his working life Michal likes to play soccer, enjoys a bit of photography, and relaxing with his family, as well as discovering new places by travelling the world.

Darek is originally from Kraków, Poland, has lived in Ireland since 2005, and has an IT degree. Darek has gained a wide variety of experience working in Ireland including in IT, Retail and Account Management.

Darek joined the Ward Personnel team in February 2024 as an account manager, based in Cork. His primary role is recruiting workers from Poland for construction roles with our client base throughout Ireland.

Outside of work, Darek is a loving husband and doting father to his two children. His hobbies include soccer and exploring new technology.

Dominika joined the Ward Personnel team in our Lublin office in November 2023. She is responsible for employee sourcing and recruitment for our International Clients. Dominika holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She has also completed her postgraduate studies in transport psychology.

Dominika has extensive recruitment experience having over 5 years of hands-on experience in HR departments. She also has direct experience in recruiting Polish employees for international positions so is an ideal fit for her new role.

In her free time, Dominika enjoys cooking, travelling and attending concerts.

Valeria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Corporate Finance from Moldova State University. Having lived in Ireland for the last 4 years she joined the Ward Personnel Dublin office in June 2023 as an Account Manager in our International Sourcing Division.

With over two years of experience as a supervisor in a facilities management company and previous retail experience, Valeria has honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English, she is looking forward to using her language and recruitment skills to build relationships with a diverse base of candidates in order to service our clients recruitment needs in the construction sector.

Outside of work, Valeria enjoys travel, singing, painting, and participating in various sports activities.

Aldona joined our Lublin office team as a recruiter in April 2023. Her core role is to source Polish based workers who are interested in moving to Ireland to work with Ward Personnel’s client base and to manage the end to end recruitment process in relation to same.

Aldona holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Law and has completed postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety. She has over 15 years of professional experience covering the areas of HR and Recruitment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Administration and Accounting.

In her personal life, Aldona is a happy wife and mother of two sons. She enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family.

Marcin, originally from Poland, joined our International Sourcing Division as an Account Manager in October 2021. Initially based in our Dublin office, his main focus was on growing the business within the Dublin and Leinster regions. Marcin was promoted to Area Manager in February 2023 and since May 2024, he has moved to Poland to head up our Polish office in Lublin.

Marcin graduated from University College Dublin in 2016 with a Master’s degree in Sports & Exercise Management. After graduating, he developed a career in business management, with managerial roles in Smyth’s Toys Superstore and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Marcin’s current primary focus is on attracting top-tier construction candidates, from within Poland and across Eastern Europe, and connecting them with outstanding opportunities within our client network both in Ireland and Western Europe.

Outside of work, Marcin enjoys a variety of sports including soccer, volleyball, and squash. He also has a passion for traveling and baking.

Malwina has joined the Cork Industrial Team as Office Administrator in September 2021. Her main role is to support and assist the team across a range of operational tasks, including supporting our candidate base.

Malwina holds an MA in Human Resource Management, BA in Sociology Organisation and Management, as well as an IPASS qualification in Payroll. She brings over 5 years of mixed HR Administration and General Administration experience.

Outside of work, Malwina is a loving wife and mother. She enjoys travelling, music and spending time with family and friends.

Bart, originally from Poland, has been in Ireland since 2006 and worked as a shift manager in McDonalds Ireland for several years. Bart also has considerable construction and manufacturing site experience in Ireland, mainly in specialist silicon application roles.

Bart joined Ward Personnel in June 2021 and his primary focus is on sourcing Polish workers for a range of roles in Ireland – including specialist construction roles, manufacturing operatives, and warehouse and distribution roles.

Bart graduated from Food Technologist school in Poland in 2005 before he moved to Ireland.

In his leisure time, Bart loves to spend time with his family, including 2 children, and his passion is photography.

Aleksa Bugarski, originally from Serbia, joined the Dublin Labour & Trades Division as an Account Manager in August 2021. Since then, Aleksa has continued to develop his experience and skillset, advancing from a role in Business Development to his current position as Area Manager for International Sourcing Division in Dublin region, which focuses on recruiting workers from outside Ireland for specialist construction and M & E roles in Ireland.

With extensive experience in Labour & Trades recruitment, Business development, International Recruitment and Operations, Aleksa is looking forward to his new role and to grow our business in the Dublin region.

Outside of work, Aleksa has three passions: food, travel, and football – in no particular order.

Lukasz joined Ward Personnel as Account Manager in our Industrial Division in September 2021. His main role is to source construction workers, construction management staff and manufacturing specialists from Poland and other European countries.

Lukasz comes from Tychy, Poland, where in 2003 he graduated from the Construction Technical School. He has been living in Ireland since 2005 and has spent most of his career in the medical devices sector.

Lukasz was one of the founders of the Cork Eagles PFC soccer team and later as manager he has led the team to great success.

Outside of work, Lukasz is a loving husband and father, and his hobbies are soccer, music and new technologies.

Bobby is a Principal Consultant in our Management & Technical Division.  He is responsible for ensuring that all clients find the best professional staff available in the marketplace.

With 5 years’ experience of successfully building long-standing relationships across the construction industry, Bobby is ideally positioned to offer candidates the best opportunities in the industry.

Bobby holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Limerick and has a varied background in both public and private sector business management prior to joining Ward Personnel.

Lorraine joined Ward Personnel in April 2025 as Finance Specialist bringing extensive credit control, bookkeeping and administration experience from her prior roles. Her most recent finance department experience was with a large agricultural machinery company.

Her previous experience also includes hospitality and customer service roles in both the private and public sector. Her interests include reading and spending time with her family.

Jennifer joined Ward Personnel in April 2025, bringing with her extensive experience in administration, project management, marketing and customer service.

Her diverse background spans various industries, including banking, property management, leisure, health, and the charity sector. Jennifer has a keen interest in history and politics and enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her family and her dog, Pippa.

Deirdre has joined the Finance team in September 2021 as payroll specialist and is looking forward to the challenge and new chapter.

Deirdre worked in retail for many years including managing a busy shop/deli. Deirdre has also recently worked in Administration roles in the HSE Covid programme and in Enable Ireland.

Deirdre has a Diploma in Tourism and Business Studies and holds an IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques, a Diploma in Accounting and she also has a Level 6 QQI Front Office Skills Certificate.

Hobbies include a keen interest in GAA and rugby and also keep fit, travelling and eating out.

Milena, originally from Poland, has been living in Ireland since 2006.  Milena joined the Ward Personnel team in July 2021 as an office administrator in our Labour and Trades division and in September 2022 she transferred to the Finance team as Payroll specialist.

Milena’s background is hospitality. For the last 6 years she has worked in the hotel industry, initially as a housekeeper and progressing to Front Office Manager.

Milena is a dog lover and a happy owner of her cocker spaniel “Fado” enjoying long walks with him.  She loves to travel and explore new places and spend time with family and friends.”

Daniel has worked in our finance department since 2018 and has over 2 years accounting experience. His role includes invoicing, payroll processing, and general administration.

Daniel holds an honours degree in Accounting as well as an IPASS qualification in Payroll and VAT.

Maurice looks after our credit control function which puts him in contact with our wide customer base.  His education and qualifications include being a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, having a Diploma in Business Administration, qualifying as a Technician in Costing and Accounting and he also has a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

As with all aspects of the business, Maurice seeks to deliver an excellent service to our customers while ensuring we are paid in line with the agreed terms.

Before joining Ward Personnel, Maurice worked for many years in a multinational environment managing a large credit portfolio.
