Flexible Arrangements

We can provide staff on either a temporary basis (hourly or daily charge rate) or on a one-off placement fee basis and we will agree the charge model that works best for our client. If our client requires a hybrid model, we can also payroll the candidate for an initial period of our client’s choosing before the candidate moves directly to our client’s payroll.

We have been recruiting within the Construction sector for over 10 years and this gives us tremendous reach within the candidate market. The relationships that we have built with an ever expanding large number of construction professionals, puts us in a great position to find the right candidates for our clients.

We will always aim to help and support our clients’ recruitment needs where we can, and at all times we will strive to:

  • Be fair and flexible with our clients and work towards building long term mutually beneficial relationships rather than focusing on short term fees.
  • Have a flexible approach and business model as required by our clients which may include Ward Personnel payrolling the candidate for a temporary role, charging a one-off placement fee or a hybrid arrangement.
  • Advise our clients on the changing dynamics of the recruitment landscape and marketplace – including appropriate salaries and benefit levels, availability of suitable candidates, skills shortages etc.
  • Work hard for our clients, including considering foreign based candidates if the right candidate cannot be sourced locally within our client’s budget.
  • Present a quality shortlist of candidates to our client for every role, in order to present them with the best available options.
  • Ensure that our candidates are well prepared for their interviews including having a good understanding of the client’s business and the specific role.
