In this role, Allan will oversee the continued growth and delivery of Ward Personnel’s recruitment services in relation to white-collar professionals. With ongoing challenges in finding skilled construction professionals across Ireland and Europe, Allan’s experience will play a key part in enabling Ward Personnel to source high-quality candidates for clients as part of the firm’s overall service offering.

The Management and Technical Division focuses on white-collar recruitment across a wide range of roles, including project and site management, quantity surveying, engineering, design and planning, health and safety, and construction administration.

Originally from Cork and living in Dublin for the last 20 years, Allan brings over 25 years of specialist construction recruitment experience in the Irish market to his new role. Prior to joining Ward Personnel, Allan spent over 25 years with FTSE 250 global recruitment firm Hays Recruitment, where he held senior leadership roles, including heading up their construction and property desk for over 10 years and also acting as client engagement director. Allan has developed a deep expertise in the construction sector, working closely with the majority of the Top 50 Construction Companies in Ireland.
