Brian Goode from our Dublin Labour and Trades Division had an early start this morning in Grangegorman, meeting a new site worker on this first day on site with a new client. There is a lot of upcoming work on some major pharma and Data Center projects in the Dublin region and we are always looking to speak to new candidates looking for construction work.
We always try to meet new candidates onsite whenever possible on their first morning to help with site induction – as it builds the relationship with both the worker and client staff from the site – as the saying goes “ A good start is half the battle “.
