Paul Carr and Jamie Hanley from the Ward Personnel team had a very enjoyable and informative morning last Thursday at the Enterprise Ireland Digital Workshop held at the Crown Plaza hotel in Blanchardstown.
Enterprise Ireland had a range of expert speakers on the day to help guide us through the maze of digital marketing, and in particular the recent developments around AI and how it is impacting the marketing function and is helping companies to build their brand awareness.
Given the current shortages of construction workers, we as a company must continually adapt our approach to candidate sourcing and embrace the digital technologies and activities that can help us to find and then communicate with construction workers across Europe. If we can improve our sourcing function, then this gives us the best possible chance to source quality workers for our client’s projects in Ireland and Europe.
