Ward Personnel further expands its Polish office and Eastern Europe Infrastructure

Posted Jun 1, 2023

We are excited to announce that our Polish office continues to expand, and we have now added a third person on the ground to our staff in Poland. Our Polish office is mainly involved in sourcing construction workers (both in the trades and Construction professionals) in Poland and throughout Eastern Europe for our clients’ projects in Ireland and in Western Europe and we are successfully sourcing workers every week on the ground in Poland.

We were delighted to attend the recent Enterprise Ireland trade dinner held in Warsaw on 16 May as part of the Trade mission to Poland, led by Minister Dara Calleary. Matt Mis, Manager of our International Sourcing Division, attended the event on behalf of Ward Personnel and is pictured in the attached in the historic surroundings of the Bristol Hotel at the trade mission dinner. We look forward to continuing to play our small part to strengthen the business and labour market links between Ireland and Poland.

We also have a range of multilingual staff based across our Irish offices, including Polish, Croatian, Romanian, and Ukrainian speakers and this greatly helps us in trying to find quality construction workers and in turn address the skills shortage in the Irish market.
