We are proud to recognise Tadeusz Tabaka as our Worker of the Month.
Tadeusz has been part of the Ward Personnel team since January 2024, and since 24th March 2025 he has been working with Dornan Engineering on the Milky Way project in Hillerød, Denmark.
From day one, Tadeusz has proven himself to be someone you can always rely on. He is consistently on time, fully committed, and approaches his work with a high level of professionalism.
As an electrician, he carries out his duties with great attention to detail and always maintains excellent standards on site.
Tadeusz works equally well independently and as part of a team. He brings a positive attitude to the workplace, supports his colleagues, and contributes to a strong team environment.
His reliability, technical skills, and work ethic make him a highly valued member of the project, and someone our clients can always depend on.
