Ward Personnel is proud to recognise three outstanding workers of the month for April.
Andrew Whelton, Lukasz Chowaniec, and John McLellan have each been with Ward Personnel for over 5 years, and their consistency and commitment on site speak for themselves.
At the Glenbride Housing project in Cork, Peter Abernethy, Business Development and Account Manager at Ward Personnel, presented the lads with their €100 vouchers. Joining them on site is Christy Murphy, Site Manager with Murnane and O’Shea, where the 3 workers are currently based.
When good workers stay and keep delivering for clients on a consistent basis, it works for all parties, and client and worker relationships get stronger over time.
