𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 & 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗺!

Today is a very 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆 for one of our 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 – Liam Conlon. Not only 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀, 𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 this week after an incredible journey with Ward Personnel that 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟭.

When Liam joined the company in 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟭, we had approximately 20 site workers, and he 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 other than our founder, David Ward.
Today, Ward Personnel has 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟰𝟱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 spread over four offices in three different countries, and we are due to commence trading in a fourth country, Germany, in Q4 of this year. And Liam Conlon has been at the 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 since the day he joined.

Over the years, Liam became much 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘂. He became a 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲, 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿, and, for 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀, 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱. His door (and mind) was always open–ready to offer advice, a listening ear, or just a good old-fashioned chat over a cup of tea.

Liam, 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲. You’ll be missed terribly, but we’re also so 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, and everyone at Ward Personnel would like to wish you a fabulous retirement.
