Daniel Sheehan and Darek Medon from Ward Personnel were delighted to attend the Eures event in the Clayton Hotel Silversprings earlier this week.
It was a very informative event, and with the continuing shortages of construction workers in Ireland, Eures has an increasingly important role to play in supporting the recruitment and attraction to Ireland of workers from within the EU.
Our International sourcing division was specifically set up to help address the shortages of construction workers in Ireland and we are successfully onboarding workers every week from Europe to supplement our Irish site workforce – particularly for specialist trades workers where the shortages in Ireland are most acute.
