We were delighted to attend the ERF TalentCon conference last week at the Clayton Hotel in Dublin. There was a tremendous line up of speakers and each one of them were engaging and thought provoking. Overall, a great event and the positivity in the room about the future of the recruitment sector in Ireland was great to see.
One lovely quote from Cross cultural expert speaker Pellegrino Riccardi really resonated about how we would all love our work environment and culture to be : “If your work environment gives you the chance to play to your strengths every day then you are in the right place “ – very simple but very true !
