It was great to be featured in the Irish Examiner supplement last week. David Ward, CEO of Ward Personnel, gave his perspective on the Construction Recruitment market for 2024, and in particular on the challenges that lie ahead to meet the labour shortages in the industry.
David also spoke about Ward Personnel’s expanded services offerings in relation to the current White-Collar shortages in the industry, which are becoming increasingly acute, and which will require a more innovative approach, in order to meet the demand in 2024.
