We at Ward Personnel, are thrilled to have won this award at the ERF awards night, held last Friday, November 24th in the Shelbourne Hotel. As a specialist construction recruitment company, it is a great endorsement for us to win this award, as the competition from specialist recruiters in other sectors and industries, was very strong on the night. It is the first time that a specialist construction recruitment company has won an ERF award, so we are delighted that it is Ward Personnel who have made that breakthrough.
This award is primarily down to our terrific team, who work tirelessly every day to manage and support our site workforce across the country for our valued clients. We would especially like to thank our candidates and clients for supporting us throughout 2023 and for making this award possible.
Finally, we would like to thank the ERF team and judging panel for running a great event and for supporting the growth and upskilling of the recruitment industry on an ongoing basis. Roll on 2024!
