New Referral Scheme for Management & Technical Division

In addition to our original referral scheme which primarily caters to the Labour & Trades division, we are delighted to unveil a new referral scheme specifically designed for the Management & Technical division. Our network can now refer a friend and get rewarded financially if their referral is successfully placed with one of our clients. The scheme is very straightforward as outlined below.

  • Permanent placements

For a referral resulting in a permanent placement, you will receive €500 in the form of a One4all voucher if you introduce us to a candidate who subsequently gets placed by us with one of our clients. This is payable after the placed candidate remains in their position for 3 months from the date their employment commenced. Any associated tax liabilities will be assumed by the referee if the referee is not an employee of Ward Personnel.

  • Contract placements

For a referral resulting in contract placements, you will receive €250 in the form of a One4all voucher if you introduce us to a candidate who subsequently gets placed by us with one of our clients. This is payable when the placed candidate remains in their position for 12 weeks from commencement of the contract. Any associated tax liabilities will be assumed by the referee if the referee is not an employee of Ward Personnel.
