Seven of us in this photo and two more on the road and working from home – all working in the recruitment side of the construction industry.
We might not be on-site pouring concrete today, but we are still crucial to getting things done! We run payroll, operations, admin, accounts, sales and marketing. The backbone behind the scenes that keeps the recruitment machine moving.
Construction is still mainly a man’s world but that is changing right across the industry – and the men at Ward Personnel are fully on board!
They made sure we walked into Friday morning with breakfast on the table and red roses in the vase.
Not because HR sent a reminder.
Because they wanted to.
🙌Thank you, gentlemen. You didn’t need a grand gesture. Sausages, pudding, hashbrowns and „Happy Friday, ladies” was more than enough but it was lovely see the efforts that you made.
Sometimes support looks exactly like that. Quiet, real, a friendly face from a colleague. With our favourite ketchup brand on the side and the kettle on for a cuppa.
