Here’s something most people don’t know about her: recruitment wasn’t where she started.
She came from Accounting and HR, and she switched because she wanted to work with people directly, not just paperwork. Once she moved into recruitment, she knew she’d stay.
She doesn’t credit one big moment for getting here. It was consistency, she says. Turning up, staying curious, making better calls year after year.
Her take on leadership is simple: listen. Most of recruitment, and most of managing people, comes down to whether you really understand the person across from you.
In her new role, Aldona connects our Poland Sourcing office with our client delivery teams across Europe – digging deeper within Poland and across Eastern Europe to find great workers for our clients’ projects in Europe.
The year ahead is about growing her team, sharpening how we deliver for clients, and keeping our candidate experience strong.
