We want to make Welfare and Wellbeing support visible in Construction. We at Ward Personnel want to encourage our employees to join in construction’s biggest ever mental and wellbeing check-in, on World Mental Health Day on Tues 10th October, a global day of action for positive mental health. Taking part will ensure that The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity have information to help remove the stigma of talking about mental health and help them to understand how we can make positive changes for the future.
