Excellent day out at the ERF annual conference held on 4 April at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road. David Ward, Managing Director and Paul Carr, Operations Director represented Ward Personnel and the quality of the speakers, and their presentations were top class – in particular focusing the mind on the rate of change within the recruitment sector and the resulting challenges we face to continue to deliver for our clients on a day-to-day basis.
Paul even managed to get semi hypnotised on stage by legendary mind reader Keith Barry to add to the day’s enjoyment !
