Over the last year, we have been successfully working with a number of support agencies, including SECAD, to help Ukrainian workers find work in the Construction sector in Ireland. Our latest initiative was a trip to the Quality Hotel in Youghal during this week, to meet a large group of Ukrainians are currently staying there.
Our team of Marcin Hadala, Bart Holowaty and Valeria Zglavoc met some great candidates, and we are confident we will be able to place some workers with our construction clients in the Munster region over the coming weeks and months. It was great that Valeria from our team speaks Russian to help with communication and translation where needed.
