We had an exhibition stand and a big team on site for the National Construction Careers Fair held in City Hall, Cork on 18th of April.
Daniel Sheehan, Maks Adamus , Valeria Zglavoc and Darek Medon attended the jobs fair on behalf of Ward Personnel. It was terrific to see the great numbers attending which shows the huge interest levels out there for candidates looking to find out more about work opportunities in the Construction sector in the Munster region. Our team met a lot of great candidates on the day, and we are very hopeful of placing some of these with our client base over the coming weeks and months.
In particular, it was very helpful that our staff team included Polish, Romanian and Ukrainian native speakers to be able to speak to potential candidates in their own language and to guide them in the right direction.
