Ward Personnel visits Cork Simon Community to connect candidates with careers in construction.
Last week, Tom Dennehy and Kevin O’Leary visited Cork Simon Community in Cork to meet with potential candidates and talk about entry level opportunities in construction. The session covered what the sector looks like right now, the roles available, and why construction can offer stable, long-term and well- paid work for people ready to take that step and who are looking to enter or re-enter the workforce.
There is support there to help people get started in the construction industry.
Ward Personnel has always believed that good recruitment goes beyond filling positions. It means reaching into communities, meeting people where they are, and opening doors that might not be visible yet to potential candidates.
A genuine thank you to Anthony Hurley and Gerard Browne at Cork Simon Community for the welcome and for the important work they do supporting people across Cork.
We look forward to working together again soon.🙌
