Matt Mis travelled to our Polish office in Lublin last week, to catch up with our Polish based sourcing team.
The team in Poland are particularly busy at the moment, trying to source specialist construction and mechanical and electrical workers for our clients’ projects in Ireland, Denmark and Germany.
The visit was focused on sourcing strategies, sharpening our processes, and finding ways for our teams to work together more effectively across borders and ultimately deliver a better service to our clients.
Matt and the Polish team also made the most of the weather at Zalew Zemborzycki and shared a few drinks in Lublin.
Overall, an excellent few days in Poland for Matt with our Polish based team of Aldona Barczak, Dominika Smyk, Lukasz Cebula, and Małgorzata Bedynek.
